About
Planning software built with planners, not for them.
iTrack SCM began as a working planning model used on real retail data, and became a product because the decisions it made held up week after week.
What we do
Most retail businesses plan at style level because that is what their systems support. The decisions that actually matter — which store gets which size, when to refill, when to move stock rather than discount it — happen a level below that, at item, colour and size. iTrack SCM plans at that grain.
Six engines cover the chain: merchandise classification, store classification, store allocation, store replenishment, inter-store transfer, and the multi-tenant workspace that keeps every client's data separate. They read one validated dataset, so a store grade means the same thing everywhere it is used.
How we build
The planning logic is the product, so we treat changes to it carefully. Engine outputs are checked against saved reference runs before a change ships, and a change that alters a recommendation has to be a deliberate decision rather than a side effect.
Client data is separated at the database itself using row-level security, not by filtering in application code. Data is hosted in India. Uploads stream to encrypted object storage rather than sitting on application servers.
